Responsibilities
- Identify main reasons of customers requests, analyze and draft proposals for their reduction;
- Disclose and analyze gaps in systems and processes, draft proposals for their elimination;
- Analyze and review processes and procedures of Customer Care Service;
- Ensure the timely submission of analytical reports;
- Responsible for cross-functional interaction with other units.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree;
- At least 2 years experience in a relevant field;
- Ability to analyze business processes;
- Strong analytical mindset;
- Excellent skills in cross-functional cooperation;
- Ability to work under pressure and make fair/ independent and efficient decisions;
- Strong organizational and leadership skills;
- Ability to set priorities;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Time management skills and ability to deal with urgent issues;
- Advanced computer skills;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
