Responsibilities
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Process internal documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
- Edit and post job announcements
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Source candidates and update Application database
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
- Support in conducting benefit enrollment process
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Assist HR team with specified projects, such as planning corporate events, organizing meetings
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in a related field,
- Experience in Human resources will be a plus
- Basic degree in Human Resources or related field
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages,
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (especially MS word, MS Excel, MS PPT)
- Capacity to work under time pressure,
- Creative thinking is essential, fool of new ideas,
- Strong organizational skills,
- Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills,
- Goal driven,
- Team player.
