Altacode is looking for Marketing Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for relevant newly graduates/undergraduates (technical and economic disciplines are preferred, other areas are also welcomed) to get into a thriving company and get hand-on experience in IT Marketing and Business Development. The Marketing Assistant will help carry out various tasks including direct marketing, email and marketing research as well as analytics. He / She will also help research new opportunities and develop new online income streams. Skills needed include good communication and research skills, as well as a sound technical know-how. A basic understanding of software development lifecycle and IT outsourcing models will be useful.

Responsibilities
• Undertake research to identify target audiences, locations and competitors, market research • Email marketing – writing briefs, copywriting, designing and finalizing email templates, and database management • Participating in brainstorming workshops • Maintenance of contacts database – CRM / XL • Close involvement in strategic initiatives

RequiredQualifications
• Sound knowledge of marketing • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Email is required • Active user of LinkedIn and other business-oriented social media • Mid to high level computer skills and aptitude to learning new skills • Confident, organized, enthusiastic and professional • Strong time management & planning skills • Sociable, team player • Strong English proficiency
