Description
"Concern-Dialog" Law Firm is seeking a Call Center Operator to be engaged in debt collection field.

Responsibilities
- Make and receive calls and negotiate with debtors;
- Introduce the debtor full information about his/ her debt;
- Perform other necessary duties related to debt collection issues.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education, preferably in Law;
- Capability to speak pure Armenian language;
- Negotiation skills;
- Computer literacy and knowledge of modern technologies;
- High sense of responsibility and honesty; punctuality; ability to keep confidential information;
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
- Ability to work within a team;
- Ability to communicate with customers;
- Work experience in the relevant field will be a plus.
