Kamurj UCO CJSC is looking for a Yeghegnadzor Branch Manager.

Responsibilities
- Disseminate information about company's credit services;
- Work out of the office up to 60 percent of working time;
- Manage and control branch operations;
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally, effectively and timely;
- Participate in customer service if necessary;
- Assess business and solvency of borrowers;
- Implement analysis;
- Verify and sign loan packages;
- Supervise over provided loans;
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports;
- Control the correct application of the loan methodology;
- Ensure high quality of the Company's services and high level of cooperation with customers;
- Approve credits;
- Follow up on crediting targets and ensure their performance;
- Effectively organize the work of the subordinates.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Economics, Finance or Banking;
- At least 3 years of experience in banking or micro-finance systems and/ or manager experience in customer service;
- Fluency in Armenian and Russian languages;
- Knowledge of English language is preferable;
- Knowledge of MS Office, AS-Bank and the Internet;
- Work experience with software products and databases;
- Planning and organizing skills;
- Ability to analyze;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Teamwork and leadership skills;
- Knowledge of business ethics;
- Ability to work in a tense environments.
