Description
We are in need of a result driven service center manager ready to work in fast paced, crazy yet fun and innovative environment. You will be part of a unique team that is building out of box approach to shopping.
Responsibilities
-Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
-Deal with customer complaints according to Company's complaint procedure
-Effectively resolve problematic cases of customers
-Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
-Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
-Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
-Train, motivate, mentor and provide feedback to G-shop staff
-Plan and ensure staff attendance schedules
-Ensure smooth financial operation of the G-shop by maintaining statistical and financial records
-Prepare and provide regular financial and operational reports to company leadership
-Manager smooth warehousing operations
RequiredQualifications
-Proven successful experience in service management
-3 year of related experience
-Bachelor's degree
-Powerful leading skills and business orientation
-People and customer management skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-Analytical and problem solving skills
-Honest and trustworthy
-Demonstrate sound work ethics
-Knowledge of Internet Search Engines
-Fluent in English, Russian and Armenian
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office
