Responsibilities
- Research and build relationships with new customers and potential partners
- Increase market share to meet sales targets and make professional presentations to potential customers
- Provide support for organizing sales and carrying on negotiations
- Advise customers on vehicle specification and new developments
- Draft and send price proposals to the customers
- Communicate clearly, regularly and promptly with the customers, dealer principal, sales team and work colleagues
- Improve customer satisfaction by developing and implementing a strategy with the sales team
- Ensure Company's strong presence in the market
- Perform sales of vehicles at the store
- Present Company brand line to potential clients, businesses and individuals
- Ensure high levels of customers' satisfaction through excellent service, as well as manage customer complaints and grievances
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Management, Marketing or a related field is preferred
- Experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Manager or a Salesperson, consistently meeting or exceeding targets or proven successful experience as a Retail Manager will be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communicator and problem-solver
- Energetic person possessing excellent communication and sales skills
- Ability to work under pressure and within strict time frames
- Good team-player
- Leadership skills
- Well-organized, responsible and result-oriented personality
