Description
Bycop is a regional company that is going start operations in the trade and manufacturing of Home Textiles in Armenia. We are seeking professionals to take the position of Sales and Marketing manager in order to launch our products in Armenia and the CIS (EEU). This person will be responsible for finding new customers, as well as presenting and selling the Company's products.
Responsibilities
-Develop business relationships with potential customers by visiting clients and markets
-Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and understanding their needs
-Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client and Company needs
-Provide pre/post-sales support to customers
-Contributing to the formulation and implementation of sales strategy to maximize short and long term revenue opportunities, reduce cost of sale and generate profit
-Reviewing sales data with account portfolio to drive revenue and seek tactical opportunities
-Submitting monthly sales plans and weekly sales reports and corresponding action plans
-Providing management with any market intelligence on the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities and recommend desired changes with proper justification
-Provide the sales team with the necessary market intelligence, reports, highlighting the opportunities to improve, yields and market share
-Contribute in managing distribution channels and database for the sales team
-Use analytical tools to generate market share, revenue and sales data
-Tracking and reporting of ROI on advertising, promotions, sponsorship's and sales activities
-Coordination and submission of annual marketing activity plans and budgets
-Provide maximum technical support of the sales force to ensure increased awareness of new products
-Handle inquiries, problems encountered by the clients and liaise with relevant head of departments
-Research and analyze individual markets and point to areas of growth
RequiredQualifications
-At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and direct sales
-Knowledge and experience in FMCG Business
-Knowledge and experience in Russian Market
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian languages
-Advanced in Microsoft Excel applications and other similar software
-Excellent presentation, pitching and sales skills
-knowledge of product positioning
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Organizational skills
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
-Goal-driven and results-oriented personality
-Ability to work under pressure within deadlines
