Responsibilities

- Work with other developers to solve technical challenges
- Manage development projects from inception to completion
- Provide administrative support, tools, and documentation for specific development projects
- Design applications and database structures for performance and scalability
- Deliver accurate project requirement and timeline estimates, providing regular feedback and consistently meet project deadlines

RequiredQualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in development of production applications using PHP and MySQL Proficiency required with the following:
- Linux / Apache web servers
- Experience working with a PHP MVC frameworks
- Experience designing, coding and consuming Restful APIs
- Understanding of design patterns
- MySQL/MariaDB database design/administration
- HTML/CSS web page layout design
- Javascript development using TypeScript and/or JQuery
- Web service integration using technologies such as XML, SOAP, REST
- AJAX application including parsing and rendering XML and JSON
- Master of Git version control. Must be able to assist in conflict resolution
- Ability to identify issues and problem areas, either functional or performance-related, and proactively identify solutions. Must be a natural born problem solver
- Superb attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
