Description
The Charging Systems Engineer is responsible for setup, checking and backup performing for all charging systems nodes including PCRF – Data services charging node. The incumbent is responsible for all daily operations on charging systems, maintaining the customer care complaints, new tariff structure creation and testing.

Responsibilities
- Manage tariff structures in CS (Charging Systems) and PCRF (Policy and Charging Rules Function);
- Monitor and manage SDP (Service Data Point);
- Ensure VS (Voucher Server) management;
- Ensure AIR (Account Information and Refill) management;
- Configure PCRF tariff and Bundle Manager;
- Ensure CCN (Charging Control Node) management.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in IT field;
- 2 years of work experience in IT sphere;
- Knowledge of network protocols TCP/ IP, Radius/ Diameter;
- Knowledge of billing/ online charging related processes/ technologies;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux (scripting);
- Knowledge of Oracle, MSSQL databases and querying;
- Familiar with HW configuration technologies;
- Ability to organize and manage multiple assignments within critical deadlines;
- Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism;
- Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Problem solving skills.
