Description
The incumbent will be responsible for implementation of electronic locking systems and room management systems for hotels at the local representative office.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for technical support for electronic locking system installation and programming, as well as offline and online systems;
- Implement room management devices installation, programming and integration with other systems;
- Carry out aftermarket sales and service;
- Implement testing of new products;
- Responsible for technical documentation preparation;
- Work with customers for technical consulting, as well as understand customer needs and requirements;
- Responsible for hardware installation;
- Responsible for start-up and after-sale service.
RequiredQualifications
- Degree in Engineering;
- First sales experience;
- Availability of a driving license;
- Good knowledge in network technologies, LAN/ WAN environments, routing, TCP/ IP and components;
- Good command of written and spoken English language, especially Technical English language;
- Technical aptitude (extensive training is given but must have the ability to learn new technology);
- Ability to troubleshoot different technologies and communicate complex technical concepts to individuals with minimal knowledge;
- Systematic and practically inclined personality;
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team;
- Ability to have on-call accessibility and travel up to 80 percent;
- Strong skills in access control systems and lock hardware knowledge is a plus;
- Work experience in hotels with appropriate systems is a plus;
- Knowledge of closing and locking systems installation requirements is a plus;
- Willingness of professional growth and sense of discipline is a plus.
