Description
Web Projects LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to fill the position of Web Development Team Manager.
Responsibilities
- Work with the sales and development teams to build requirements as well as estimate resources for projects;
- Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers;
- Manage tasks for developers;
- Conduct daily meetings with the development team;
- Provide timely progress reports to the existing customers;
- Identify and manage all project risks.
RequiredQualifications
- Experience in managing web and software development projects;
- Experience in coordinating tasks;
- Experience in creating project plans, including resource requirements;
- Knowledge of web and mobile UI/ UX, API concepts and structures is a plus;
- Fluency in English language, both verbal and written;
- Self-motivated personality with the ability to work under pressure proactively and independently.
