Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account
- Develop and maintain key retail business relationships and remain alert to industry trends
- Develop and direct all sales strategies, marketing plans and business plans and related forecasts and budgets
- Assure achievement of sales and marketing initiatives for the business unit
- Evaluate policies and procedures, make recommendations for and lead improvement initiatives
RequiredQualifications
- Ability to champion the sale and the team members who made it happen
- Ability to manage the entire sales pipeline; including managing new and existing client relationships, as well as the entirety of the sales process
- A demonstrated ability to build and grow sales teams
- Must be results oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills; can produce clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
- A true leader of people with the ability to think strategically
- Previous experience coordinating sales effort with marketing, sales management, and other core teams
