Responsibilities
- Responsible for enhancement and implementation of all business applications
- Handle project management for implementation of software solutions that are specific to the business requirements
- Provide day-to-day support on the applications implemented
- Maintain up-to-date records for all licenses and service packs
- Ensure that any new software integration into Company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications
- Collaborate with system owners in the testing of new software programs and applications
- Install, configure, and deploy new applications, systems software, products, and/ or enhancements to existing applications throughout the enterprise
- Liaise with the Company's software suppliers for prompt rectification of any problems or emergencies
- Maintain and update all the IT policies and procedures
- Responsible for regular creation of backup copies of files and programs
- Ensure the implementation of security policies as per IT policies and procedures
- Maintain and upload information on a website as needed
RequiredQualifications
- BS in Computer Science or Information Technology with availability of certifications like MCSE/ Cisco
- Knowledge of new software and software tools will be preferred
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2008/ 2012, MS SQL Server and Linux Server
- Knowledge of VMWare ESXi Hipervisor
- Good knowledge of spoken and written Armenian, Russian and English languages
- More than 4 years of experience in IT environment with exposure to configuring end user systems for communication over TCP/ IP networks; experience in building simple networks, including cabling, wireless access and device configuration (LAN, WAN, VLAN and Wi-Fi)
- Good professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
