Description
TITLE: Human Resources Manager
START DATE/ TIME ASAP
DURATION: Long term
LOCATION: Yerevan
Responsibilities
-Plan, organize and manage HR functions of the organization
-Implement strategic HR plans based on given guidelines
-Develop and implement motivation schemes, grading system and salary scales, complete process of performance appraisal
-Manage team integration and corporate culture development process
-Develop, implement and coordinate performance management policy, including succession planning, staff development plans and KPIs
-Handle recruitment and selection processes
-Coordinate new‐employees induction and orientation
-Build and maintain a succession plan to identify high potentials fitting with the future needs
-Ensure the Company management and staff communication
-Perform other HRM duties
RequiredQualifications
-At least 4 years of experience managing a Human Resources function
-Practical knowledge in motivation policy implementation; including grading, compensation systems, teamwork and group competition
-Leadership and strong management skills
-Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
-Flexible and result-oriented personality with strong problem-solving skills
-Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills
-High degree of confidentiality in interpersonal interaction
-Strong knowledge of RA Labor Code
-Fluency in Armenian and Russian
-Fluency in English is a plus
