Responsibilities
-manage the Clinical Research Center of an International Clinical Trial Center
-ensure the compliance of the Clinical Department according to international regulatory guidelines
-manage the employees of the Department
-oversee and direct the clinical portion of clinical trials
-in conjunction with the other physicians make clinical trial related medical decisions
-contribute to the preparation and review of clinical documents & reports, including Study Protocols, Case Report Forms, etc.
-work with the management and other departments heads to develop and update Standard Operating Procedures as necessary
-assist in the preparation of study submission packages to the Ministry of Health
-in conjunction with the management, coordinate the Company's activities with Government Agencies, or other Research Centers, both local and/or international
-as necessary, work with the other physicians to perform Physical Examinations, Vital Signs, ECG and other screening procedures
-evaluate medical histories, review and interpret lab work, ECGs, X-rays, etc. of study applicants
-determine suitability of study applicants for enrollment in studies, based upon the study inclusion/exclusion criteria
-oversee the monitoring of the health of the study subjects during and after a study
-in conjunction with the clinical staff, oversee the work of the nurses, doctors, monitors/auditors, etc.
-work with regulatory authorities during any audit or inspection

RequiredQualifications
-Medical Degree
-At least two years of clinical experience in adult medicine
-Work experience and training in clinical research is a big advantage
-Familiarization or experience in working on international clinical trials
-An understanding of Good Clinical Practice, FDA, EMA and local regulations governing conduct of Clinical trials is a big advantage
-Strong management and organizational skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated
-English a pre-requisite, reading, comprehension, report writing and verbal (All work and communication is in English)
-Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office Pro (all programs)
-Ability to multitask, work quickly, efficiently and at times under pressure
