"Nushikyan Association" LLC is looking for a Retail Manager for Perfumes and Cosmetics Division. The incumbent will act as a liaison between the head office and retail chain. He/ she must possess good leadership skills and have experience in sales and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for training, supervising and appraising staff;
- Maximize profitability and set/ meet sales targets, including motivating staff to do so;
- Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel;
- Prepare and control the stores' budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency;
- Visit stores and coach staff;
- Prepare promotional materials and displays;
- Implement and follow up promotions in stores;
- Liaise with the head office;
- Deal with customer queries;
- Perform other job-related tasks.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Management, Marketing and Economics;
- Organizational skills;
- Ability to lead and motivate a team;
- Work experience in a similar position is a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team.
