Responsibilities
- Provide high quality customer service by phone, email or at the counter.
- Organize delivery and acceptance of cars to/from customers;
- Prepare and sign car rental agreements with customers.
- Deliver and accept rental vehicles to/from the airport and any other pre-ordered point
- Perform cross sales of additional services
- Other related duties assigned by the ManagerRequiredQualifications
- Excellent knowledge of Russian and English languages
- Minimum 1 year of working experience preferably in customer service or sales
- Driving license for at least 2 years
- High sense of responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer care and communication skills
- Excellent sales skills
