Description
The incumbent is responsible for the refurbishment of the bakery and coffee shop. He/ she is in charge of human resource management and overseeing daily production, which includes, but is not limited to, the purchase of supplies, work schedules and coordination of sales to various venues. Responsibilities
Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of the Emili Aregak Center and the Caritas Austria/ Diocese of Feldkirch Programme Officer and Armenian Caritas Programme Officer, the incumbent will carry out the following tasks:
- Monitor and guide the refurbishment process of the bakery and coffee shop;
- Manage the human resources in the bakery and coffee shop;
- Oversee daily production, which includes, but is not limited to, the purchase of supplies, work schedules, as well as coordination of sales to various venues;
- Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity;
- Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals;
- Ensure that the bakery and coffee shop has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment, etc.);
- Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity;
- Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
- Maintain relationships with partners/ vendors/ suppliers;
- Gather, analyse and interpret external and internal data and write reports;
- Assess overall performance against objectives;
- Represent the project in events, conferences, etc.;
- Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines.
RequiredQualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a relevant role;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- Understanding of disability issues in the Republic of Armenia;
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Armenian language; knowledge of English and Russian languages will be an advantage.
