Responsibilities
Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of the Emili Aregak Center and the Caritas Austria/ Diocese of Feldkirch Programme Officer and Armenian Caritas Programme Officer, the incumbent will carry out the following tasks:
- Monitor and guide the refurbishment process of the bakery and coffee shop
- Manage the human resources in the bakery and coffee shop
- Oversee daily production, which includes, but is not limited to, the purchase of supplies, work schedules, as well as coordination of sales to various venues
- Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
- Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
- Ensure that the bakery and coffee shop has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment, etc.)
- Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
- Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain relationships with partners/ vendors/ suppliers
- Gather, analyse and interpret external and internal data and write reports
- Assess overall performance against objectives
- Represent the project in events, conferences, etc.
- Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines
RequiredQualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a relevant role
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of disability issues in the Republic of Armenia
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Armenian language; knowledge of English and Russian languages will be an advantage
