Responsibilities

• Develop and implement promotion strategy in social media,
• Build and execute new business development ideas to increase the number of followers on social networks and ensure their loyalty,
• Introduce effective advertising campaigns - events, promotions, contests,
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) which builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action,
• Create new accounts on social networks as well as maintain existing accounts,
• Perform daily monitoring of accounts on social networks analyzes daily visits and monitors emails,
• Provide visibility of Company pages across various social networks,
• Produce quality content needed for publication, including photo, video and text materials,
• Maintain constant communication across the Company and its followers, constantly answering questions and analyzing them,
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.

RequiredQualifications

• Proven work experience in SMM,
• Higher education in business, marketing or economics,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices,
• Ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis,
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google AdWords is a plus.
