Responsibilities

• Accompany the implementation of projects in the scrum process and work closely in a team with designers, developers, product owners, and product managers
• Contribute to work on Wireframes, UI concepts, and Visual Design of our product including sketches and graphical mock-ups of software solutions
• Create user interface specifications, define design patterns, check their feasibility and work on the development of a company-wide UI style guide
• Create, harmonize and unify icons to prepare assets for the product-wide implementation
• Harmonize and unify the Visual Design of our product across all platforms
• Optimize interaction patterns and work towards a branded interaction concept
• Support POs, developers, e.g. with mockups, click-dummies or prototypes
• Consider user and UX requirements and derive UI recommendations and definitions

RequiredQualifications

• You have a degree related to User Interface Design, Information Design, Communication Design, Typography, Interaction Design, Graphic Design or relevant experience
• You have around 5 years of practical experience working with UI topics
• You have worked with common design and prototyping tools (Adobe CC, Invision, etc.)
• Experience in UI related areas, e.g. Layout, Typography, Visual Design, icon language, animations, UI design methods & guidelines)
• Interest and basic understanding in the areas of UX design, research, digital product design, and prototyping
• You know what Atomic Design is or at least heard of it before and know what it means to develop UI and UX concepts for different platforms (Multiscreen, Multi-Device or Cross-Platform)
• You are curious and creative, and motivated for personal development, contribution and collaboration with the designers and to share your own experiences or approaches with your colleagues
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
