Responsibilities

• Analysis of product analogues and potential competitors;
• Development of proposals for product development based on the operating and financial model and market requirements;
• Development of a product strategy in conjunction with the business, in accordance with the Road Map;
• Analysis of user needs, collect product requirements;
• Determination of market opportunities of a product and tactics of its development;
• Hypothesis testing, product metrics processing, product reports and forecasts;
• Backlog formation and prioritization.

RequiredQualifications

• Work experience of Product manager from 2 years in Digital (B2C, C2C);
• Understanding the market of mobile applications, knowledge of the main players, the skill of comparison with competitors;
• Product design skills (experience in describing the user interface, elements and functionality, confident communication with UI / UX designers), understanding of the principles of Usability;
• Understanding of unit economics, skills to identify growth points and improve the product;
• Knowledge of the principles and rules of customer development;
• Experience in building and evaluating hypotheses, creating MVP solutions, conducting A / B tests, making product decisions;
• Skills in using analytics tools for the effectiveness of implementations, corrections and product improvements;
• Understanding of product life cycle management principles;
• Experience in writing terms of reference would be an advantage.
