Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CFO to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters; 
• Support and help to reach long and short term financial goals; 
• Research and help develop procedures to improve on various financial and business processes; 
• Create reporting, calculation and analytic sheets for other departments; 
• Monitor accurate cash flows on a daily manner;
• Keep control over online refills and accurate processing of refunds; 
• Work closely with the accounting department in order to keep control over cash withdrawals and have all the respective documentation and match transactions with the data in software; 
• Match invoices to statements and purchase orders to invoices; 
• Prepare quarterly, annual financial reports; 
• Train the staff upon having new features or changes in reporting procedure; 
• Organize and execute the process or providing refunds, bonuses, discounts and etc to customers;
• Assist in developing financial strategies.

RequiredQualifications

• Strong financial modeling experience;
• Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow;
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills;
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management.
