Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service to clients.
- Order booking and shipment tracing.
- Solve the problems and complaints from customers.
- Provide a variety of customer service support duties to customers, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to customers in a professional manner responding to inquiries through phone, mail, e-mail.
- Face-to-face contact with customer in reception.
- Prepare different types of contracts, references, appendixes and other documents.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education.
- Experience in customer service appreciated.
- Fluency in English, Russian and Armenian (both is verbal and written form)
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Effective negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in stressed situations, set priorities and be a quick decision maker.
