Responsibilities

  • Provide quality customer service to clients.
  • Order booking and shipment tracing.
  • Solve the problems and complaints from customers.
  • Provide a variety of customer service support duties to customers, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to customers in a professional manner responding to inquiries through phone, mail, e-mail.
  • Face-to-face contact with customer in reception.
  • Prepare different types of contracts, references, appendixes and other documents.

RequiredQualifications

  • Higher education.
  • Experience in customer service appreciated.
  • Fluency in English, Russian and Armenian (both is verbal and written form)
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • High sense of responsibility.
  • Effective negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in stressed situations, set priorities and be a quick decision maker.
