Description
Responsibilities
- Engagement of corporate customers;
- Maintenance of recruiting databases of corporate customers;
- Provision of corporate sales of passive and active products;
- Serving his/her corporate customers’ portfolio and providing cinsultation;
- Carrying out calculatation of the yield on all products to be received from a given customer (taking into account proceeds from provided loans, transfers, POS terminals, accounts, etc.);
- Execution of credit registry inquiries in accordance with internal and normative legal acts;
- Carrying out regular monitoring of credit lines defined by subpoint 9 of point 91 of the CBA regulation 4;
- Making and keeping records on telephone conversations and meetings with the borrower as provided for in Article 89, point 13 of the CBA Regulation 4;
- Pursuant to CBA Regulation 4, retention of information on applications rejected by the Bank and a study of the justification for refusals;
- Carrying out customer classification according to the planned corporate customers classification procedure;
- Other transactions defined by the Bank's internal legal acts.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education;
- At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in financial/banking sector;
- Knowledge of computer skills;
- Knowledge of banking products and services;
- Knowledge of banking legislation;
- Good knowledge of Armenian and Russian, knowledge of English will be viewed as an advantage;
- Communication skills;
- Cross selling skills;
- Ability to quickly and effectively solve problems;
- Ability to work effectively in a team;
- Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
