Responsibilities

- Investigate the claims presented to the Mediator, in particular study the case, combine evidence, analyze, negotiate with the parties, and draft the Mediator's decisions;
- Participate in the process of the case investigation of other specialists by providing advice, recommendation and assistance
- Develop internal legal acts of the Office of the Financial System Mediator and coordinate them
- Provide support to the Office's lawsuits, involve in the preparation of responses to the court proceedings, participate in court hearings, represent the interests of the Office of the Financial System Mediator
- Carry out legal analyzes within the framework of the proposed topics, give special legal conclusions
- Study international experience in the fields of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and consumer protection, introduce recommendations on their implementation

RequiredQualifications

- MA degree in Law
- At least 2 years of professional work experience
- Advanced knowledge of banking, banking legislation and normative field, civil legislation and civil law, contractual and tort law, RA judicial-legal system and domestic legislation, insurance and finances
- Excellent knowledge of legal writing
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages
- Fluency in Armenian language
- Competent user of computer-based programs (full package of MS Office)
- Ability to analyze
