Description
Digitain is looking for Gaming Operations Specialist to join the Company's team. He/She must ensure the correct operation of online monitoring, game risk evaluation and provide support to our customers on a daily basis.
This position is shift based and includes the following working hours: 10:00-19:00 and 15:00-00:00
Responsibilities
-Conduct online monitoring and game risk evaluation
-Quickly respond to problems and suggestions raised by customers
-Conduct different types of analyses
-Improve methods to detect and eliminate various kinds of violations
-Conduct various types of customer-related activities on a daily basis
-Develop, compilate and present reports related to risk analysis
-Manage clients' requests and provide an appropriate solution
-Create reports on observed requests
RequiredQualifications
-Graduate degree, technical background is preferable
-Excellent analytical skills
-Strongly developed decision making and problem solving skills
-Ability to create reports in a written form
-Organizational skills and ability to work in a team
-Ability to work in different fast-paced work environment and quickly respond to changing situations
-Attention to details and well developed memory
-High sense of responsibility
-Good knowledge of Russian and English languages
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Photoshop is desirable
