Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of optic-fiber cables in transmission and FTTB networks;
• Conduct daily maintenance activities;
• Implement repair and rehabilitation works via on-site visits;  
• Carry out re-configuration of switch equipment (D-link, Huawei, Cisco);
• Ensure connections, integration and testing of new routes;
• Monitor and eliminate equipment alarms;
• Analyze and process IP networks statistics;
• Work with claims and give solutions to claims from Customer service.  

RequiredQualifications

• University degree in Technical field;
• At least one year of experience in a relevant role and field is preferred;
• Experience in telecom is a plus;
• Knowledge of switching and transportation systems;
• Knowledge of IP and TDM systems;
• General awareness of software and operation systems Windows, UNIX;
• Knowledge of Oracle, SYBASE, MySQL data bases is preferred;
• Driving license and driving skills;
• Ability to control and deal with hard cases;
• Communication, team working skills and flexibility;
• Organizational skills;
• Fluency in Armenian and Russian languages, knowledge of technical English is a plus.
