Responsibilities

• Develop a new "one brand" social media strategy to help drive significant increases in quality, engaged Facebook likes and Twitter followers as well as engaging the team
• When a social media event is taking place be hands-on and in the buzz
• Create and implement innovative and engaging content and manage all brands and their respective products and campaigns
• Develop relationships with internal teams like CRM Product Managers, SEO and Affiliate teams for collaboration
• Put together a calendar for and manage all social competitions, give-aways and goodwill gestures
• Manage projects around events, happenings and company news Creating an Ambassadors Programme
• Responding on sites like Facebook and Twitter where a ‘marketing’ response is needed. Due to the nature of the role, some out of office hours monitoring/responses may be required
• Handle and set, together with Finance, social media budget on a day-to-day basis ensuring POs are raised and invoices paid on time
• Look into new platforms or social sites where there may be opportunities for our client
• Take and implement learning from best in class

RequiredQualifications

• Experience in a marketing brand/social media role
• Well orientated around Social Media networks laws and rules concerning online casinos
• Excellent written skills in English, grammar, punctuation and spelling. French language is considered to be an advantage
• Understanding / knowledge of PR
• Experience of Facebook Business Manager
• Knowledge of gaming / leisure sector an advantage
• Experience of managing projects and delivering on time and to budget
• Experience in customer focused environment is essential as to be able to get back on player questions in the forums directly
• Understanding of a multi-channel environment
• Adobe design skills in PS
