Responsibilities

- test, support, configure, maintain and upgrade different networks on several customer’s IT infrastructure;
- permanently improve IT infrastructure technologies knowledge trough training courses and self-study - test, support, configure, maintain and upgrade different networks on several customer’s IT infrastructure;
- support and administer IT related software and services;
- design and develop new IT environment for customers;
- monitor infrastructure performance (availability, utilization, throughput and latency) and test for weaknesses;
- define policies and procedures;

- organaize quick support services to the customer in case of emergency failures;

- support sales and presale team during the project development stage,

- achieve required certification by taking qualification exams.

RequiredQualifications

- proven experience in a IT Administrator or Network Engineer role;
- bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field;
- advanced experience in networking, routing, switching and firewall configuration is an advantage
- excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of IT infrastructure;
- experience with managing network equipment such as HPE, Aruba, Cisco and Sophos;
- experience in maintainig Server and Storage equipment and technologies;
- Cisco CCNA or other equivalent certifications is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian languages.
