Responsibilities

• Implementation of HR processes in the search for: development, evaluation, motivation and retention of personnel;
• Long- run development of HR strategies;
• Realization of HR projects to development of corporate culture, to influence productivity of the team;
• Motivation and support system implementation for the current stuff; team building;
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations;
• Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.

RequiredQualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resource managment, communication or related field
• 2+ years of experience in the field of HR
• Excellent communication skills
