Responsibilities
- Users’ registration process control and monitoring in all systems;
- IT Infrastructure business continuity and security assurance;
- Continuous improvement of staff information security knowledge;
- Maintenance of ISMS related regulatory documentation;
- Fulfillment of Information Security Management System processes according to ISO/IEC 27001:2013.
RequiredQualifications
- Advanced knowledge of MS Windows server administration. Knowledge of Unix, Linux administration;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Active Directory, GPO, terminal server and file server;
- Knowledge of Networks – LAN, WAN, VPN, protocols, Routers, network troubleshooting, Firewall Configuration/Administration;
- Strong knowledge of MS Exchange or other e-mail server, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, WSUS, Antivirus and other servers administration;
- Knowledge of Information security, monitoring and backup technologies;
- Knowledge of MS SQL or other DB server administration;
- Basic knowledge of scripting. Any programming language knowledge is a plus;
- Basic knowledge of the virtualization. Knowledge of VMware ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V is a plus;
- At least 3 years experience in the Information Security Management or Systems Administration and Support;
- Knowledge of LSBank or Armsoft software;
- Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Analytical skills;
- Ability to work with regulatory documents;
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Teamwork ability.
