Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations and act a supervisor of the HRA team;
- Oversee completion of key administrative HR processes (e.g., staff contracts, holidays, general work permit issues, payroll, benefits, relocation management, terminations etc.) to ensure effectiveness and accuracy in implementation and execution;
- Form and maintain employee records;
- Update internal databases, such as sick and maternity leaves;
- Prepare and amend HR documents, i.e. employee contracts;
- Review and renew company policies and legal compliances;
- Report on HR metrics, such as company turnover.
RequiredQualifications
• At least 3 years of working experience in HR Administration;
• Proven working experience in managing of all HRA processes;
• People oriented and results driven;
• Excellent active listening and negotiation skills;
• In-depth knowledge of Armenian labor law;
• Knowledge of HR systems, databases and tools;
• Degree in Human Resources or related field would be a plus;
• Fluent in Armenian, English and Russian.
