Responsibilities
-Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agents Sales;
-Clear understanding of the hospitality business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals;
-Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales;
-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationship, network with companies;
-Knowledgeable of competitive set and recommends sales/pricing strategies, service improvements to stay competitive;
-Develops appropriate revenue/production goals for the sales;
-Creates an annual Business Plan.
RequiredQualifications
-Higher education;
-At least 2 years of work experience in sales (hospitality);
-Proven success in a similar role and environment;
-Strong Selling Skills;
-Strong verbal and written communication skills of Armenian, English, and Russian;
-Pride and attention to detail;
-Well organized, detail-oriented with excellent follow-up;
-Capacity to work independently;
-Polished personal presentation with Warm, confident and hospitable personality.
