JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
TITLE: Receptionist /Secretary
Responsibilities
-Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
-Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
-Collect, screen, and deliver mail of the bank to recipient
-Manage to transmit messages on time
-Type correspondence, reports, memos and other outgoing letters as requested by Administration Department
-File correspondence of the Bank, reports, publications, legal notes, etc.
-Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications
-Maintain database for follow-up of pending issues
RequiredQualifications
-Bachelor degree
-1 year experience
-Good knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, power point)
-Fluency in English language, including verbal and written communication skills
-Good communication skills
-Ability to produce work effectively and efficiently
