JOB TITLE: MARKETING COORDINATOR
REPORTS TO: MARKETING MANAGER
PERIOD: 4 MONTHS TRIAL PERIOD WITH PART-TIME CONTRACT

After successful completion of the trial period, over time it is excepted to transfer part time contract to full time one.

PURPOSE
As part of a high-performing team managed by an experience Consumer Goods executive, the purpose of this role is to support the brand marketing activities in the Consumer Goods sector in Armenia.

The marketing coordinator will report directly to the marketing manager for the duration of the assignment.

The marketing coordinator will be offered a unique opportunity to build a strong foundational knowledge in Marketing and Sales.

The marketing activity coordinator interacts with a number of different people/groups both internally and externally; related parties to the investor (in Georgia) and distributor (in Armenia). As such it is important that the job holder has strong Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills.

A key skill of the job holder will be to operate independently; showing drive to deliver on his tasks, whilst building strong cross-industry relationships to ensure a knowledge pool to dig out from while in the role.

Responsibilities
-To organize & coordinate marketing activities. It mainly includes Sampling and Event sponsorships
-To manage brand digital media platforms which mainly includes Facebook and Instagram
-To communicate to local advertising agencies/ printing houses
-To provide printed marketing collateral
-To support understanding of specification of local market through monthly shop monitoring
-To have permanent relationship with distributor in Armenia
-To report to marketing manager on permanent bases in Georgia
-To fulfill any other task related to work in the frames of his/ her qualification

RequiredQualifications
-High School Degree with English and Business (or equivalent)
-Fluent in Armenian and English (writing at business fluency), expertise in Excel, Power Point

-Desirable
-Fluent in Russian (writing at business fluency)
-Photoshop skills
-Passion for Business Challenges and Food Consumer Goods
