Responsibilities
- Communicating clearly and professionally with customers via email, and FB Messenger and Social Media
- Responding to customer product inquiries and providing technical support
- Closely following the procedures for inputting data in the system
- Providing customized solutions and recommendations
RequiredQualifications
- 2+ years' experience of customer support or contact center environment
- Excellent and flawless written/verbal skills in English (Armenian, Russian are preferable)
- Confident and persuasive communicator with strong, proactive customer facing skills
- Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills, flexibility
- Display motivation, dependability, punctuality, and organization skills
- To be computer-literate and able to use software/tools with minimal supervision
- Keen interest in providing great customer service
