Responsibilities
-Develops and prepares multi-dimensional layouts and detailed drawings of the semiconductor devices from schematics and related geometry provided by Design Engineering
-Works on assignments that are difficult, requiring considerable judgment and initiative
-Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions
-As a skilled specialist, completes a wide range of complex tasks in resourceful and effective ways
-Determines methods and procedures on new assignments
-The candidate will participate in:
-Logic libraries layout design
-Layout verification with different EDA tools
-Physical extraction activities
RequiredQualifications
-Has strong CMOS circuit fundamentals and planar/finFET technology steps
-Ability to research and study technical documentation
-Ability to quickly study and apply new tools and methodologies
-Knowledge of Linux/UNIX environment
-Experience in layout design and verification is a plus
-Programing in tcl/python or shell (optional)
-Verbal, written, interpersonal skills and good team player
