Accounts Payable Agent, HOST

Role Purpose
The jobholder will act as an Accounts Payable Agent being involved in diverse challenging operational processes (invoice review/check and payment, accounting entries processing, correspondence and document digitization, document management etc.), carry out delegated tasks within defined timeframes and regulations in compliance with the group standards and local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
-Process payments through various systems and perform daily Payment Services related activities
-Create Management Information reports and develop statistics on daily and monthly basis
-Manage transaction investigations in line with Financial Crime Compliance and payment transparency requirements
-Prevent fraudulent payments using all available common tools and reconciliation judgment of facts
-Assist in implementation of different projects
-Have basic involvement and assistance in other tasks of the department

RequiredQualifications
-University Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics or related field will be an asset
-Time management skills (strictly following the deadlines and cut-off times)
-High speed of processing, touch typing is desirable
-Ability to multitask and work under pressure
-Team oriented, excellent communication skills
-Detail orientation
-Fluency in English, Armenian
-Good computer skills (MS office)
-Previous similar work experience will be of benefit
