Responsibilities
- Provide technical support
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
RequiredQualifications
- At least 2 year of relevant experience as an Network Engineer / IT Technician
- Understanding of network switching/routing, firewalls and VLAN
- Experience in installations of hardware and software, including set up, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to do cabling works
- High sense of responsibility
