Responsibilities
1 Design and architect new solutions – 50%
- Technical design of new projects
- Create solution prototypes
- Participate in technology selection
- Support project management, and define milestones 2 Ensure quality and performance in the website – 30%
- Ensure that the optimal performance for the new solutions
- Ensure the quality of the solutions for the end-user 3 Coaching and mentoring the rest of the team – 20%
- Setting the collaboration framework
- Knowledge transfer best practices to the team
- Code Reviews for the codebase
RequiredQualifications
- 8+ years of working experince in the relevant field
- Enterprise solutions
- IT infrastructure and cloud development
- Engineering and software architecture design
- Business analysis
- Microsoft platforms, designing and building web applications, using C#, ASP.NET WebAPI, ASP.NET Core
- Strong design principles to create robust, scalable and extensible solutions
- Proven success working in a fast-paced and like scale environment
- Proven success working in a fast-paced and various sized organizations
- A strategic and analytical thinker that understands the capabilities of technology and how to leverage those capabilities to achieve business results
