Responsibilities
- Work with monitoring/ alerting systems; troubleshoot and solve arising issues with engaging other teams if needed; provide uninterrupted work of the programs of brand stores
- Redirect problems to the appropriate departments
- Responsible for implementation of the configurations of stores, sales, accountancy
RequiredQualifications
- At least 2 years of work experience in the similar sphere
- Work experience with 1C:ERP program
- Excellent knowledge of SQL, СУБД database and Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 10
- Knowledge of network LAN, WAN, Wi Fi, NAT, ROUTING and DHCP/DNS
- Good knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; basic knowledge of English language
- Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills; hard working and responsible person
