Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
*You will be calling home owners to see if they were interested in selling their house- approx 4-6 hours per day
*You will book appointments for our outside sales team to meet with the home owner and attemp to purchase the property
*Must possess exceptional phone skills and be unafraid to talk to anyone - both cold and warm calling (we'll teach you the things to say and the questions to ask)
*Must be willing to have accountability conversations on a regular basis.

This job is NOT for someone who:
* Is interested in a job where they can 'coast' and 'get by'
* Doesn't like accountability and pressure to hit goals
* Is afraid of rejection
* Is afraid of picking up the phone to talk to someone you don't know
* Is not money motivated
