Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Day to day monitoring of interesting projects (generally related to Web development) at LinkedIn, and other marketplaces
- Communicating with potential customers (including video calls)
- Gathering initial requirements from the customers
- Developing good working relationships with present and future clients
- Provide constructive feedback
RequiredQualifications
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Excellent communication and verbal skills in English and Russian (required)
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
- Sales and result-oriented
- Desire to learn fast
- Previous experience working in IT on any position and marketing knowledge is a plus
