Responsibilities
- Track, manage, and control of the HRMS implementation process, including HR process analysis with subject matter experts as well as coordinate HR functional modules implementation and testing process;
- Design and support HRMS configurations including tables, processes, workflows, notifications, security, interface and reports;
- Perform annual data check-up to identify and ensure data integrity; make recommendations and corrections on findings;
- Develop HRMS user procedure, guidelines and training documentation and deliver training to users;
- Develop the customized and standard reports for analyzing and maintaining a variety of statistical reports as well as develop complex reports integrating multiple sources of data;
- Prepare monthly and weekly reports.
RequiredQualifications
- BA in Statistics/ in mathematics/ IS or in other related field;
- Minimum 2 years of progressive work experience in relevant field;
- Knowledge of HRM systems or any other HR software;
- Knowledge of personnel administrative practices and principles of development HR policies and procedures in line with State Labor Law and international practices;
- Knowledge of data analysis;
- Understanding of rewarding mechanisms as per law and international practices;
- Knowledge of Excel analytical tools and programming Languages (SQL);
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian;
- Analytical skills;
- Ability to multi-task, and prioritize;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with sensitive/confidential data and situations.
