Responsibilities
As the Team Lead of Incredo’s Development Department along with working on projects you will have to meet the following objectives:
-
Give coaching and mentorship to the team members to make them better on the job
-
Monitor team performance, report on metrics, make suggestions for improvement of the quality of the code
-
Improve the entire development lifecycle by collaborating with the team
-
Develop functional and fast-responsive products
-
Elaborate mobile-based and web-based features
-
Troubleshoot apps for bugs and fix bugs if necessary and improve usability
-
Improve apps/websites for maximum speed
-
Recommend the Department Head better planning and estimations of the projects
-
Periodically conduct technical research of the domain innovations, be the acting point with the Department Head of the implementation of those innovations in the company
-
Participate in the team recruitment and evaluation
RequiredQualifications
In order to achieve the objectives mentioned above the ideal candidate is expected to possess the following skills:
-
Knowledge of and proper experience with both front-end and back-end languages: JavaScript (React JS, Node JS, (Angular JS is a plus)), Jquery, HTML5, CSS3, React Native (preferable)

Proven experience in development of at least 3-4 years, experience in leading a team

Ability to troubleshoot and debug browsers

Quality assurance skills
-
Intermediate knowledge of English

Strong leadership skills

Time management and analytical skills
-
Ability to translate requirements into a finished project

Communication skills to collaborate with internal development teams
