Specmash LLC is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to drive the Company's sales activities, develop and enlarge customer database and negotiate with existing and potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Company's sales strategy and plans;
- Develop and maintain positive relationships both with potential and existing customers;
- Develop customer database in individual, corporate and governmental sectors;
- Constantly research local and international markets for new products and opportunities;
- Constantly monitor and apply for publicly announced corporate and governmental bids;
- Implement construction site visits and discussions with customers upon request;
- Develop and implement cold sales presentations for corporate and governmental sectors.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Economics, Sales, Marketing, Sociology or another relevant sphere;
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Sales (preferably in construction sector);
- Proven track record of previous sales activities;
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to conduct regular market research for new products and opportunities;
- Ability to manage several urgent projects simultaneously;
- Problem-solving skills and stress-resistance;
- Ability to travel internally at least up to 50% of working time;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Good computer literacy;
- Availability of a valid driving license is a plus.
