Longo LLC is seeking a Sales Manager to join its team. The primary role of the Sales Manager is to operationally manage and drive the success of the used car sales through developing sales consultants, working with potential customers and reaching targets.
Responsibilities
- Build and establish customer network;
- Help to manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory lot;
- Understand customer needs and requirements;
- Responsible for client interaction and ongoing sales process improvement;
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
RequiredQualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in dealership or car sales, and some supervisory or management experience;
- Strong business acumen and sales aptitude and a willingness to accept full accountability for sales targets;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong leadership and motivational skills.
