Responsibilities

- Manage a small QA team for the development and execution of test cases

- Create test plans and test cases from feature descriptions by Product Management and discussion with Developers

- Drive testing automation, scripting and regression testing utilizing test automation engineers

- Maintain and continuously improve the QA team's quality and knowledge

- Design test plans and test cases

- Identify, reproduce and report bugs

- Translate requirements into complicated but clean and efficient test plans

- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate these problems

- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

- Ability to constantly innovate to improve product quality and group productivity

- Act in a direct role to execute manual and automated quality assurance tests

- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

- Supervise software quality analysts and test leads

RequiredQualifications

- 3+ years’ QA engineer experience required

- 2+ years of QA lead experience

- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes

- Excellent knowledge of automated test writing and Selenium

- Excellent knowledge of creating effective test cases

- Excellent knowledge of QA and SDLC processes

- Excellent knowledge of mobile applications testing

- Excellent knowledge of scripting languages is a plus

- Excellent knowledge of Testing APIs

- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills

- Good knowledge of English is a must
